Tarra

The Tarra clamp enables a chain block to be attached to a bulb flat without welding. It is a lightweight accessory for securing a chain block to a steel profile without welded lugs. Under load, the force applied through the shackle wedges the clamp firmly onto the profile. Tarra must not be used for crane lifting. It is intended for pulling applications only. The tool is designed with a minimum safety factor of 5 against failure under straight-line pull.
