Pulling device for installing steel structures Jakki is a versatile tool desinged to suit to needs of a plate fitter. Due to its design, light weight and simple construction Jakki is very handy when working in restricted spaces or when working alone. The main application of Jakki is fitting of bulkheads and frames in hull construction. Capacity 10 / 12 tonnes. With the help of Jakki, the installation of flanges and arches, for example, is quick and easy. Jakki is attached to the workpiece by lightly welding the fastening lugs used in the screw grooves to the parts to be installed. After installation, the fastening lugs are removed by prying or hammering them out of their welded position. Please note! If the tool is overloaded, e.g., with an excessively long arm, the mounting bracket or mounting bolt will break under a load of 15 tons. The tool itself will not be damaged.
