Alligator Press

The Alligator Press is designed for closing cut-outs in bulb flats (Holland profiles) to reduce the profile height at the end of the stiffener, for example from HP 160 to HP 100. The machine is equipped with 700 bar air-driven hydraulic pumps, and the main cylinder provides 25 tonnes of force. Once the bulb flat is correctly positioned, the clamping cylinders secure the workpiece and the main cylinder presses and forms the profile end. CE-marked and manufactured in Finland, the machine is fully serviceable and built for demanding installation environments.
