Superjakki

Superjakki is a heavy duty tool for producing pulling forces up to 20 tonnes in installation work. Suitable mounting brackets are made for the Superjakki, which are then welded to the work site. The maximum force of the Superjakki is 20 tons. This force is achieved with a 750 mm long lever when a person of normal weight presses down on the lever with considerable force. If excessive forces are applied to the installed Superjakki from the steel structure, the lug or lug bolt (M24, 8.8) will break under a load of approximately 42 tons. The tool itself will not be damaged. The Superjakki frame will break under a tensile force of approximately 50 tons, causing the lugs to bend open.
