Craftmer manufactures specialized tools for shipbuilding and heavy industry, with over 30 years of experience. Our products are CE-marked in accordance with applicable regulations and manufactured in Finland using Finnish-made components. Each tool is designed to improve the efficiency and safety of installing, aligning, and handling large steel structures.
We manufacture our specialized tools primarily from steel and special alloys. In addition to its strength and long service life, steel is fully recyclable and can be reused multiple times without loss of quality.
Component manufacturing and final assembly are carried out at our own workshop in Turku. In addition to in-house production, we use components supplied by long-term, trusted Finnish partners. All tools are manufactured in Finland, resulting in shorter supply chains and lower transport emissions compared to international production.
Craftmer tools are a long-term investment. Each tool is designed to withstand heavy use and demanding conditions. When properly used and maintained, they can last for years or even decades without loss of performance.
The simple, serviceable design of our tools extends their lifespan and reduces the need for replacement. This lowers material waste and energy consumption. Many of our customers still use tools that were manufactured more than 20 years ago.
