Minipalmek is a tool designed for rapid alignment of bulb flats. It facilitates positioning and welding operations, improving overall efficiency. Under typical conditions, alignment time can be reduced by up to 30\u201340%.<\/p>\n

Welding efficiency can be significantly improved when a plate fitter and a welder work as a team and sufficient tools are available.<\/p>\n

Used in shipbuilding and heavy steel structure installation.<\/p>\n

  1. Remove possible burrs from the section ends<\/li>\n
  2. Attach MINIPALMEK to the section in higher position by using the wedge.<\/li>\n
  3. Align the sections in lateral direction by using a hammer or prybar<\/li>\n
  4. Align the sections in vertical direction by using the vertical screw (can be used by pneumatic impact driver, wrench size 22 mm)<\/li>\n
  5. Insert the ceramic backing with tape<\/li>\n
  6. Lay the weld<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Make sure that the screws are lightly greased at all times.
